There has been so much going on at Lanakila Pacific!
We’re gearing up for another great March For Meals. It’s set for Thursday, March 1st at 10:30 AM at the State Capitol. Please come down and help us gain more support for our kupuna in need!
We’ve acquired a plot of land at Nalo Farms in Waimanalo. TLC Instructor, George and the participants are heading up the farm and have started clearing out our work shed and the field where we’ll be growing soybeans! So many mahalos to Dean Okimoto, Les and the Nalo Farms crew! See the “sneak peek” farm photos here!
TLC is also getting ready for their big production, “Dance Around the World” set for March 21st at Manoa Valley Theater. The participants have been practicing their dance routines and preparing their amazing costumes! They will start collecting donations for tickets soon, so keep your eye out for them! It’s going to be a great show!
