How to Enroll     Lanakila TLC is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older with cognitive, physical, or social challenges. Individuals can access services through the Department of Health – just ask for Lanakila TLC.  Fee for service also available. We welcome you to give us call at 531-0555 and ask for Lanakila TLC. We would be happy to provide additional information or arrange a tour at your convenience.  Mahalo!
