Training & Advocacy
Lanakila’s Training and Advocacy programs provide valuable training and work experience for adults with disabilities who would otherwise have difficulty securing a job.
These programs offer vocational services through a combination of pre-employment assessments, occupational skills training, practical work experience, job coaching, and essential soft skills in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment. Lanakila Pacific fosters relationships with local businesses to open doors and enhance job opportunities for our graduates.
Training opportunities and practical work experiences are available through a network of 21 training sites. Development of skills, behaviors and confidence needed for individuals to successfully seek, obtain and maintain competitive community employment is the cornerstone of our mission.
