Want to use a tablet, computer or smart phone, but aren't sure where to start? You're not alone. At Kupuna Tech, we're ready to help. In our classes, you'll become empowered with the skills and confidence to use smart digital devices in your daily life.

We're currently accepting new cohort members!

Whether you want to make a call on your smartphone, schedule a doctor’s appointment over the computer, or video chat with family through your tablet, our classes offer tailored lifelong learning to meet your needs. We’re here to show you that you don’t need to be a whiz to use technology.

Online sessions are also available, while spaces last.
Online classes are twice a week, one-hour per session, for 12 weeks.

How it Works

Eligibility

To join us in Kupuna Tech classes, you must be 60 years of age or older. We provide tablets for use during class sessions.

Classes

Our tech classes for seniors are held in neighborhoods around Oahu. We partner with different community centers including district parks, public libraries, residential community rooms, and business to bring the classes to you!

Meals

Our Kupuna Tech classes offer more than tech know-how. We also provide a warm meal to all participants who engage in a minimum of three activities (Kupuna Tech class, Kupuna Connect session, community senior event) each week.

You do not need to already own a device to participate. We provide tablets to use during class.

Do I have to pay for Kupuna Tech classes?

No, the Kupuna Tech classes are free for anyone 60 years of age or older. Please contact us to register for an upcoming class.
