There are three Kupuna Wellness Centers conveniently located around the island providing kupuna with a wide range of activities to promote physical, cognitive and emotional wellbeing. From fitness classes to games and crafts to educational activities, we support kupuna by helping them maintain an active and social lifestyle. Throughout the year, we sponsor various special events and outings to encourage kupuna to remain connected to their community.

Participants of the Kupuna Wellness Centers also benefit from eating together. Eating with company not only promotes feelings of happiness and satisfaction, but it has even been shown to make food taste better! We provide healthy and nutritious meals that were developed by a Registered Dietician to ensure they meet USDA guidelines for kupuna, and meet or exceed one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowances. Our locally-inspired meals include an entrée, starch, vegetable, fruit, low-fat milk, wheat bread and margarine.
